ONE DEATH & 61 CORONA CASES IN THE NILGIRIS TODAY (Sept 12, 2020)

The Government has not yet revealed the details of the deceased person. The total toll has risen to 17.
Of the 61 new cases, 5 have returned from other districts.
All the rest are contacts of persons who had already tested positive in their respective areas.
Of them, 10 are in Ooty.
Two in Ottupattrai Coonoor. 5 in other parts of Coonoor (areas not revealed).
The others are in Maniatty, Bickole, Gudalur, Panthalur, Kil Hosatty, Melur, Sholur, Manthalai, Oranalli, Devarshola, Horasholai, Thummanatty, Aruvankadu, Thoraihatty, Pudumund, and Davanai.
