Restaurants will operate at the hotel and may also be closed during certain times during the day; we request you to check with the team at the hotel for further details. The hotel has implemented these precautionary hygiene measures across our hotels based on instructions received from the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on the guidelines for prevention of transmission of the COVID-19 virus.Training at all hotels to sensitise associates to the protocol prescribed by Government of India for personal hygiene and COVID 19.Hotels are measuring body temperatures of all guests, associates and vendors using non-invasive laser thermometers.Repeated surface cleaning and sanitization of all areas, including increased access to alcohol-based hand sanitizers at prominent locations.Cancellations and Change of BookingsCancellations charges will be waived for bookings made for hotel stays till 30 June 2020. We have therefore initiated the following:We had earlier paused expiration of Taj InnerCircle Points till 30 April 2020. We are now pausing expiration of Points till 28 February 2021.We had also communicated that Tier status would be assessed on 01 May 2020.
