The deceased are:
- A 59 year old male admitted at 3.25 pm on Sept 27 to Govt HQ Hospital Ooty died at 12.10 am on Oct 4 due to Covid-19 pneumonia.
- A 65 year old man admitted at 7.30 pm on Sept 29 to Coimbatore Medical College Hospital, Coimbatore, died at 7 pm on Oct 2 due to bilateral broncho pneumonia, respiratory failure and Type 2 diabetes Mellitus plus Covid-19.
- A 52 year old female admitted at 3.54 am on Sept 23 to Coimbatore Medical College Hospital died at 9.10 am on Oct 2 due to bilateral broncho pneumonia, Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome, Type 2 diabetes Mellitus and systemic hypertension plus Covid-19.
